It's last-generation panel tech. The AW3425DW's QD-OLED predates the 5th-gen RGB-stripe panels, so it keeps the triangular subpixel layout that fringes text on the desktop, and it stops at 240Hz where the MSI 341CQR X36 and ASUS PG34WCDN hit 360Hz. For pure gaming that gap is small. For all-day text work it is not.
