Vitruvian stopped selling new units and pulled its storefront, Tempo discontinued the Studio, and BowFlex filed Chapter 11 in 2024. Tonal states active membership is required for most features, so a 12-month commitment is an unsecured bet the vendor is still running servers next year. Subscription-free hardware degrades gracefully; subscription-locked hardware may not.
