The subscription is the price
Almost every mirror needs a paid content subscription to be useful at all — $39–$60/mo, indefinitely. Only the AEKE K1 works without one. Budget the fee for the years you'll own it, not just the hardware.
Zombie mirrors
The lululemon Studio Mirror, Fiture, NordicTrack Vault and now the ProForm Vue are all discontinued — they still fill old "best of" lists but cannot be bought new with active support. With the Vue gone, the sub-$1,500 tier no longer exists: the cheapest new, supported mirror is $1,999.99.
A mirror is not a gym
"Strength training" means three different things here. Only the Tonal 2, FORME Studio Lift and AEKE K1 have built-in adjustable resistance; Tempo ships loadable physical weights; the Echelon Reflect ships no weights at all — it streams classes and you supply your own dumbbells.
