Ceiling height decides first
Standard racks need 80-84 inches of clearance and tall builds 90-96 inches. The Rogue RML-490 is made in exactly one 90.375-inch height, so it is out below roughly 93 inches. Measure floor to ceiling and subtract 2-3 inches before you shop.
Attachments never cross over
There are three incompatible ecosystems: 3x3 uprights with 5/8-inch holes (PR-4000, Hydra, Rogue Monster Lite), 3x3 with 1-inch holes (PR-5000, Omni, Rogue Monster, Sorinex, Titan), and 2x3 / 2x2 budget frames. Even inside REP, PR-4000 parts do not fit a PR-5000 — the rack you buy is a multi-year commitment.
