Measure the gap, not the reviews
Sit at your normal working height with forearms level at the keyboard, then measure sole to floor. Under 4 inches any foam wedge works; 4-6 inches needs two-stage or continuous adjustment; over about 6 inches only the VIVO's 5"-10.25" reaches. A footrest at the wrong height tips the thighs out of the neutral position OSHA's computer-workstation guidance describes, which can leave you worse off than no footrest at all.
"Rocker" is a marketing word
