Fit is the product
Torso length — C7 vertebra to iliac crest — sets your size, not height. Load a candidate with 25-30 lb and walk with it before committing, because volume, torso size and gender are all part of the SKU: an S/M and an L/XL are separate listings at different prices.
Capacity is not carrying capacity
