The Xbox variant trap
Same headset name, different radio. Only the X-variants (Arctis Nova 3X, Nova 5X, BlackShark V3 Pro for Xbox) go wireless on an Xbox Series X/S — a PC 2.4 GHz dongle never makes a headset Xbox-compatible. The Corsair Void v2 and HyperX Cloud III S both fail here.
ANC halves the battery
Every rated runtime is measured with ANC and RGB off. The Razer BlackShark V3 Pro drops from 70 hours to 40 with ANC on; the Alienware Pro falls from 70 hours to ~24.
Bluetooth is not the gaming link
