Fit ledger — need → measured evidence

RIGHT-HAND CORNER ONLY
RIGHT-facing only — there is no reversible version and no left-hand SKU, so a left-hand corner needs a different desk entirely.
A CORNER THAT'S TIGHT
55"×34.5" against the 63"×55" standard — the smallest footprint of the eight desks compared, and 20 in shallower on the short wing.
UNDER $250
$239.87 — the cheapest of the eight, and the only full electric sit-stand corner desk that lands inside this band.
REAL SIT-STAND
Full electric adjustment with a four-preset LED handset — nothing manual or pneumatic about it.
HONEST LOAD LIMIT
Amazon rates it 176 lb, but Standing Desk Picks' tested unit was rated 110 lb — treat 110 lb as the working ceiling.

The catch — co-equal billing, always

One motor, and it stops at 45 inches. A single-motor frame is the least stable arrangement in this whole comparison, and a corner desk already wobbles more than a rectangular one because the unsupported wing works as a lever. At a 45 in maximum it is also too low to actually stand at for anyone much over 6 ft.

Dealbreaker? $20 more buys the VIVO's 264 lb, 48.4 in and two motors ↓

Traps — this verdict avoids

Why the SHW 55" L-Shaped is right for you

It avoids every trap below — and for just me, under $250, it is the pick because it delivers:

Right-hand corner only A corner that's tight Under $250 Real sit-stand Honest load limit
Trap 01

Orientation is a SKU

The hand of the L is fixed on some models and cannot be changed after delivery — the SHW 55" is RIGHT-facing only and the Eureka 61" is LEFT-facing only. The FlexiSpot E7L Pro, Vari, VIVO and both FEZIBO L-shapes ship reversible tops that mount either way at assembly. Ordering the wrong hand leaves you with a desk you cannot use.

Trap 02

Both wings are the size

A 63"×55" corner desk needs ~63 in of clear wall on one side AND ~55 in on the other, plus chair pull-out room and a diagonal path wide enough to carry an assembled top into the corner. Size miscalculation is the most common return reason in this category.

Trap 03

The third leg is the stability

3-leg premium frames measure ~0.23-0.31 in of side-to-side wobble at maximum height; single- and dual-motor budget frames can exceed 0.5 in under load. Corner desks wobble more than rectangular desks at the same price because the unsupported wing acts as a lever.
