The answer — one pick, priced

Amazfit Active 2
$50 under your budget
The only sub-$100 watch that does all four things at once — built-in GPS with offline maps, NFC payments, offline music and a 5ATM swim rating — in a stainless steel case.
Fit ledger — need → measured evidence
■ The catch — co-equal billing, always
The screen is the smallest in the comparison and the software is a closed box. 1.32 inches against the Bip 6's 1.97, and Zepp OS is proprietary — no app store, no Spotify, no Google Maps, no LTE. What ships is what the watch does for its whole life, and heart rate and sleep here are trend indicators, not measurements.

Traps — this verdict avoids
Why the Amazfit Active 2 is right for you
It avoids every trap below — and for just me, under $150, it is the pick because it delivers:
"IP68 waterproof 50m" is not a swim rating
Two different scales get printed as one number. 5ATM is pool-safe; IP68 is splash and rain only — and CMF explicitly tells you not to swim in its IP68 watches. The TOZO S3 listing says "IP68 waterproof (50m)", which conflates the two. If you swim, the only picks that qualify are the 5ATM ones: Active 2, Bip 6, Bip 5 Unity, Smart Band 10, Redmi Watch 5 Active and the Inspire 3.
"GPS" on the box is usually your phone's GPS
Connected GPS borrows the phone in your pocket; built-in GPS records a route on its own. Four of the nine watches here — Inspire 3, Smart Band 10, Redmi Watch 5 Active and Bip 5 Unity — are connected-GPS only, and leave your run untracked if you go out without the phone. Only the Active 2, Bip 6, CMF Watch 3 Pro and CMF Watch Pro 2 have a real receiver.
The colourway is the SKU
Same watch, different listing, different price. The CMF Watch 3 Pro is $74.92 in Light Grey and about $99 in Dark Grey or Orange — a 32% premium for paint. Case size does the same thing to the Amazfit models: the 44mm and 46mm variants are separate listings. Always check that the price you saw belongs to the colour and size in the cart.
